Regional Loss Prevention Manager
Responsible for all loss prevention and safety aspects of approximately 85 stores. The primary responsibilities include: training, auditing for loss prevention and safety compliance and investigating internal theft issues. This position requires the individual to live in the posted city.
Preferred qualifications for this position include a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Asset Protection or a related field and/or 3 years experience in retail loss prevention. Multi-store loss prevention experience is a definite plus. Professional certifications such as CFE, CFI, LPQ or CPP preferred but not required.

Divisional Investigator
Based out of the divisional office, this position reports directly to the Divisional Loss Prevention Manager. Responsibilities include:

Conducting and managing internal investigations.

Training new Regional Loss Prevention Managers.

Filling in for open regional positions in the division.

Coordinating and leading market saturations in high shrink
areas. Travel estimated up to 50%.

Responsible for total loss prevention and physical security for two distribution centers in multiple states. The primary responsibilities include: training, auditing, investigating internal theft issues and policy violations and supervising the physical security force for the assigned distribution centers. Travel time for this position estimated at 30%.
Preferred qualifications for this position include a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Asset Protection or a related field and/or 3 years experience in retail or distribution center loss prevention. Professional certifications such as CFE, CFI, LPQ or CPP preferred but
not required.
