Loss Prevention Associate
Loss Prevention Associate (Detective/Lead Detective/LP Training Specialist)
As a LP Associate, you will conduct plain clothed loss prevention activities as well as lead meetings and educational programs for store staff. You will be part of a store team that has a direct impact on the success and bottom line of our organization.
Store Loss Prevention Supervisor
Join our LP Team by overseeing the LP program in one or more store locations. Oversee LP Associates, create innovative shrink programs, investigate theft, and partner with Store/District Management in building LP awareness among store associates.
Loss Prevention Investigator
Investigate incidents of internal theft throughout a high volume multi-store environment. Conduct fact -finding, install covert cameras, review media, and partner with LP Associates to resolve internal theft cases.
Loss Control Auditor
This position, travels extensively to audit our stores, detect areas of need, uncover fraud and company violations, and access the effectiveness of store operational controls.
District Loss Prevention Manger
Manage the LP program in a district of high volume stores. Create shrink programs, manage a staff of LP Associates, investigate company loss, and partner with other members of management to create LP awareness.
Area Loss Prevention Manager
This position oversees the LP program in three or four districts, manage 3 to 4 District LP Managers, create a market wide shrink program, and partner with District/Store Management to control and decrease company loss in the assigned market area.
Regional Investigations Manager
This position manages the investigationsfor a region of 70 to 100 stores. Directly supervise a group of Loss Prevention Investigators in their duties, develop internal cases, work with all levels of LP and Store Operations to identify and resolve shrink issues.
Regional Loss Prevention Manager
This position would manage the entire Loss Prevention program for one region. Acess the regions shrink programs, manage 7 to 10 District LP Managers as well as other LP Team members, and partner with a Regional Vice President/Corporate Executives on all issues that may cause the company loss.
